Kids Fit Fest is a morning filled with unique fitness activities, fun and games to keep your children moving.  And best of all you get some time to yourself! Leave the children with us and pick them up knowing they have been active and having fun.

• One of a kind childrens fitness and fun program in Atlanta.
• Meets once a month.
• No contracts or high registration fees.
• Pay as your participate. 
• Utilizes fun as a way of getting fit.
• Sessions take place in the great outdoors to remind children that the outdoors is our largest source of fun!
• Nutritional snacks provided and discussed during break times.
• Some much deserved free time for parents!
